Position - Technical Program manager

Exp Level - 5+ to 8 years

Job location - Noida Sector 143 (Delhi NCR) Work Mode - Hybrid (3 days in office is MUST)

Timing - 4 hours overlap with US shift timing

About The Role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Enablement to improve execution clarity, operational rigor, and cross-team alignment across our technology organization. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and leadership, ensuring that work is measurable, releases are well-coordinated, and teams are enabled to deliver consistently.

This role is ideal for a TPM who enjoys bringing structure to complex technical environments, improving how teams plan and release software, and enabling leaders with clear, trustworthy signalswithout becoming a bottleneck.

What Youll Own

Engineering Metrics & Execution Signals :

Define and operationalize engineering and delivery metrics (e.g., predictability, throughput, cycle time, quality indicators)
Build dashboards and reports that leadership and teams actually trust and use
Implement tooling for measuring and improving engineering productivity
Partner with engineering leaders to turn metrics into action, not overhead.

Release Planning & Communication

Drive cross-team release planning, including dependency tracking and risk management
Own the creation and rollout of clear, business-focused release notes
Ensure releases are predictable, well-communicated, and low-friction

Technical Program Management

Lead planning and execution of cross-team technical initiatives
Maintain clear milestones, owners, and timelines across programs
Proactively surface risks and tradeoffs, and drive resolution with the right stakeholders
Facilitate planning, syncs, and retrospectives as needed.

Enablement & Process Improvement

Design and refine lightweight, scalable delivery processes
Create reusable templates and playbooks for planning, execution, and communication
Continuously improve how teams coordinate, without slowing them down

Stakeholder Alignment

Translate technical progress into clear, executive-ready updates
Serve as a trusted partner to engineering leadership and product
Ensure leadership has a consistent view of delivery health and progress

What Success Looks Like

Executive and Engineering leaders have clear visibility into execution and risks
Releases ship on time and are well understood across the company
Teams spend less time on status and more time building
Metrics drive better decisions, not defensive behavior.
