Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of flights at the airport. Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures, as well as providing excellent customer service at all times. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet passengers and assist them with check-in procedures
• Handle baggage and ensure it is loaded onto the correct flight
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
• Assist passengers with boarding procedures and ensure a smooth and timely departure
• Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings
• Collaborate with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure a seamless operation
• Follow all safety and security procedures as per company and airport regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times Requirements:
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport systems is an asset
• Must be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
