Key Responsibilities:


• Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop, and boarding procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from passengers
• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and airport facilities
• Monitor and manage the flow of passengers through security checkpoints
• Coordinate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure smooth operations
• Handle and resolve any issues or complaints from passengers
• Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo
• Conduct safety and security checks on aircraft and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
