Position: Airport Ground Staff Company: Bluespirit Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India Contract Details: Full-time Bluespirit is a leading airport-based company located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport and providing excellent customer service to our passengers. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas
Check and process passengers' travel documents, including tickets and passports
Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries
Coordinate with other ground staff and airline crew to ensure efficient and timely operations
Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the airport terminal and surrounding areas
Adhere to all safety and security regulations and procedures at all times Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
Knowledge of local languages and/or international languages is a plus
