Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff – Front Desk Role. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for passengers and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the airport front desk. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist passengers at the front desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Check-in passengers and issue boarding passes
  • Handle baggage check-in and ensure accurate tagging and routing
  • Answer inquiries from passengers and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
  • Assist passengers with special needs or requests, such as wheelchair assistance or special meals
  • Process ticket changes and cancellations
  • Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales and other services
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Adhere to all safety and security procedures at the airport
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle any complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
