Job Description: Bluespirit, a leading airport ground handling company, is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of airport services. Your main duties will include:

Assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries
Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and their baggage
Coordinating with other ground staff and airline personnel to ensure timely departure and arrival of flights
Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Requirements:
Minimum qualification of 10+2 or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills
Fluency in English and Hindi, knowledge of regional languages is a plus
