Airport Ground Staff

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers and assisting with various airport operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
• Handle and process passenger baggage, including tagging, loading, and unloading
• Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes and collecting fees for excess baggage
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate changes
• Conduct security screenings and ensure compliance with airport regulations
• Collaborate with other ground staff and airline personnel to ensure smooth operations and timely departures
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the terminal and boarding areas
• Handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as airport rules and regulations
• Continuously strive to provide excellent customer service and enhance the overall airport experience for passengers Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance
