Aircraft Mechanic Helper

The Aircraft Mechanic Helper is responsible to the assigned Lead, Senior Mechanic or Mechanic in the performance of their duties.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Performs ground support tasks including fuel and oxygen servicing, aircraft towing, launch and recovery and operation of AGE on the Flight Line.
• Assists pilots as necessary during launch and recovery.
• Must be able to read, comprehend and become proficient on technical data, forms and required documentation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain site access. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain this.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License (Real ID required within 30 days of employment)
• Must be able to demonstrate minimal mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to read, speak and write in English.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements as noted in Appendix E-Physical Requirements for CBA positions.
  
  

Compensation Details:

Hourly Rate: $27.17
