Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Air Freight Manager based in Ahmedabad. The role involves overseeing air freight operations, managing import and export processes, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The Air Freight Manager will liaise with customers to provide exceptional service, collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient freight handling, and manage relationships with airlines, vendors, and partners to optimize operations.

• Manage air import & export operations
• Coordinate with airlines (Emirates, Qatar, Indigo, etc.)
• Handle urgent and time-sensitive shipments
• Monitor shipment timelines (ETA/ATA)
• Ensure compliance with air cargo regulations
• Optimize costs and improve turnaround time
• Lead air operations team

• Strong knowledge of AWB handling & air cargo processes
• Experience with airline coordination
• Ability to handle time-critical shipments
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
