Role Description : Senior Platform Engineer, Multi-Tenant AI Systems This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI/ML Specialist located in the Greater Hyderabad Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The AI/ML Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. Day-to-day responsibilities include data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, and testing ML models, as well as integrating them into applications. The role also involves staying updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimising models for performance and scalability. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. ROLE PURPOSE : The Senior Platform Engineer is responsible for designing and delivering the core multi tenant architecture that powers a full-scale AI control centre. The role focuses on backend engineering, secure tenant isolation, agent execution, workflow automation, document processing, and universal integration capabilities. This engineer ensures the platform is stable, secure, scalable, and able to support a wide variety of customer solutions that rely on agents, automations, retrieval augmented generation, and external SaaS integrations. Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch. Experience with Data Preprocessing, Feature Engineering, and handling large datasets. Knowledge of deploying models, designing algorithms, and optimising model performance. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for ML deployments. Ability to work collaboratively in hybrid settings and manage tasks effectively across remote and onsite environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience Required: 1. Strong experience building enterprise grade backend systems that support multi-tenant products. 2. Familiarity with cloud environments like Microsoft Azure including server less compute, identity providers, database services, and monitoring capabilities. 3. Demonstrated experience with REST integrations, Graph APIs, retrieval augmented generation concepts, and vector-based search. 4. Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, identity federation, and role-based access control. 5. Experience building highly observable systems with detailed logging and monitoring.
