We?re building an AI-led personal fashion companion that helps users enhance their style quotient , optimize wardrobe investments, and shop smarter through personalized, data-driven styling . We combine the power of AI + fashion intelligence + social commerce to create a new category: ?Style Commerce.? Role Overview We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Developer who can design and implement machine learning models that power personalization, styling recommendations, and wardrobe intelligence systems. You?ll work closely with designers, product managers, and data engineers to build scalable AI models that understand users like a human stylist ? but smarter, faster, and more intuitive. Key Responsibilities 1?? Core AI Development Build and deploy recommendation engines for outfit curation, ?Complete the Look,? and wardrobe optimization. Develop user persona modeling algorithms using behavioral, demographic, and visual data. Design models for style similarity , fashion item classification , color/texture matching , and trend detection . Implement conversational AI and NLP models for smart fashion assistant (chatbot). 2?? Data & ML Pipeline Design and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment). Build feedback loops for continuous model learning from user engagement and purchase behavior. Optimize models for low latency and high scalability on cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). 3?? AI Product Integration Work with the frontend and backend teams to integrate AI outputs seamlessly into user journeys. Contribute to the creation of Fashion Intelligence Engine (FIE) ? an AI system that merges style data, wardrobe inputs, and market trends to generate actionable styling recommendations. 4?? Research & Innovation Stay up to date with research in computer vision, generative AI, and personalization algorithms. Prototype new AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) to enhance UX and engagement. Required Skills & Expertise Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Python , TensorFlow , PyTorch , scikit-learn , OpenCV , Transformers (HuggingFace) . Deep understanding of recommendation systems , clustering , NLP , and computer vision . Experience with LLMs and multimodal models (text + image understanding). Familiarity with data architecture , MLOps , and API integration frameworks. Prior experience with e-commerce , personalization , or fashion-tech projects is a huge plus. Analytical & Strategic Ability to translate business requirements into machine learning problems. Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and model performance metrics (precision, recall, F1, etc.). Demonstrated ability to lead small AI teams or manage end-to-end model ownership. Qualifications Bachelor?s or Master?s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience (startup or consumer-tech preferred).
