AI/ML Engineer

Job Description

As an AI Engineer, you will be a core member of our team, focused on developing AI and agentic applications and AI controller platforms. You will work on building production-ready generative AI projects and collaborate closely with our AI/ML, software, hardware, and product teams. Your contributions will be central to building the platform and creating lasting relationships with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI agents and AI-driven solutions.
• Work on AI-Driven projects, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Apply expertise in various agentic frameworks to build robust and reliable systems.
• Utilize deep knowledge of cloud platforms for scalable and secure AI deployments.
• Optimize and fine-tune models to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Implement and manage inference pipelines for deployed models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into client products.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in AI engineering and agentic workflows.
  
  

• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field.
• Agentic Frameworks: Strong grasp of agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) and their application in building production-ready agents.
• Core Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and deploy end-to-end AI-driven solutions.
• Inferencing: Knowledge and practical experience with model inferencing and optimization techniques.
• Fine-Tuning: Solid understanding and hands-on experience in fine-tuning large language models.
• Communication: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work on client-facing projects.
• Cloud Expertise: Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
