Job Description

Description The Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate AI/ML Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable Machine Learning and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building ML/DL models, working with large datasets, and deploying models into production.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
Evaluate model performance and implement improvements, tuning, and validation techniques.
Deploy ML models into production environments (cloud or on-prem) and monitor model life cycles.
Research and experiment with new algorithms, tools, and frameworks.
Build reusable ML pipelines and automation frameworks using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or equivalent.
Maintain proper documentation, versioning, and reproducibility of ML experiments.

Technical Skills Required

Strong hands-on experience in Python and ML/DL libraries such as : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy
Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (LLMs / Transformers) is a plus.
Good understanding of ML algorithms including regression, classification, clustering, time series, etc.
Experience with cloud platforms : AWS / Azure / GCP (preferred services : SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML)
Knowledge of MLOps practices and ML model deployment.
Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related technical field.
Certifications in AI/ML (optional but preferred).
