About The Role
We are looking for passionate AI/ML Engineers to design, develop, and deploy intelligent machine learning solutions for real-world business problems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy Machine Learning models.
- Develop AI-powered applications using Python.
- Train, fine-tune, and optimize deep learning models.
- Work with LLMs for NLP and generative AI use cases.
- Build scalable AI solutions for production environments.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Developers, and Product teams.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI concepts
- Experience with REST APIs and model deployment
- Familiarity with Git and Linux environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers
- Knowledge of LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Docker and Kubernetes
- MLOps tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow
- Experience with Vector Databases and RAG is an added advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- 2–8+ years of relevant AI/ML experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Immediate to 30-day notice period preferred
