• Create compelling visual concepts using AI tools and design software
• Write effective prompts to generate high-quality images, videos, and assets
• Stay updated with the latest AI design tools and trends
• Translate brand ideas into visually engaging creatives
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for campaigns
• Refine and edit AI-generated outputs into polished final designs

• Strong prompt engineering skills (image + video generation)
• Proficiency in tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion
• Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Basic understanding of video AI tools like Runway ML or Pika
• Strong sense of composition, color, and typography
• Ability to experiment and adapt quickly

• Experience with AI storytelling / ad creatives
• Knowledge of motion graphics or short-form video content
• Familiarity with social media trends and content formats

• Curious, experimental, and constantly exploring new AI tools
• Strong visual taste + ability to direct AI outputs
• Fast learner who adapts to evolving tech
