AI Transformation Manager - M3M Gurgaon

1. Define and Drive the Enterprise AI Strategy

Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define the company’s AI-first vision, translate it into a clear AI transformation roadmap, and align initiatives with key business priorities.

2. Identify and Prioritize High-Impact AI Use Cases

Build and manage a cross-functional AI use-case pipeline across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations, Finance, Projects, Procurement, Legal, and HR, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and feasibility.

3. Build Business Cases and Secure Leadership Alignment

Develop data-backed business cases for AI initiatives including baseline metrics, expected ROI, cost estimates, and timelines to support investment decisions and sequencing by leadership.

4. Lead End-to-End AI Implementation and Scale-up

Own AI pilots and full-scale deployments, including tool/vendor selection, defining success criteria, managing delivery plans, and scaling successful pilots into enterprise-wide production solutions.

5. Drive Cross-Functional Integration and Execution

Coordinate with business teams, IT, data teams, and external partners to translate operational workflows into AI-enabled solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.

6. Ensure Measurable Business Impact and Governance

Track outcomes using clear KPIs such as conversion improvement, cycle-time reduction, cost savings, and customer experience gains while maintaining data quality, security, compliance, and responsible AI governance.

7. Enable Organization-wide AI Adoption and Capability Building

Drive adoption through training, AI champions network, enablement programs, and SOP updates, while advising the CEO with regular insights, impact reports, and strategic recommendations on AI investments and risks.
