AI Team Lead ? Generative & Imaging Technologies

Job Description

About the Role: You?ll lead our Generative & Imaging Tech division ? a team pushing boundaries in AI-generated content, video transformation, diffusion workflows, and intelligent visual pipelines . This is a hands-on, strategic role blending creativity, engineering, and leadership. Strategy & Leadership Define the roadmap for generative AI systems ? diffusion pipelines, prompt frameworks, AI-assisted retouching, and more. Lead a multidisciplinary team of AI artists, ML engineers, and visual technologists. Bridge creative vision with advanced technical systems across production teams. Technical Innovation Drive development of AI tools for: Generative imagery & video (Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, Sora-class workflows) Image enhancement: relighting, segmentation, inpainting, upscaling, depth mapping 3D content: UV mapping, photogrammetry, procedural textures Training custom models using open-source frameworks & proprietary datasets Production Integration Deploy AI inside Photoshop, Blender, Substance, After Effects, and internal pipelines. Build datasets, prompt libraries, QC standards, and model training workflows. Creative Excellence Maintain uncompromising visual quality across all AI outputs. Guide composition, lighting, realism, and material accuracy. Research & Exploration Stay ahead in: Generative video Text-to-3D Physics-informed rendering Hybrid human + AI creative workflows. What We?re Looking For Experience & Background 5+ years in creative production with AI/automation Strong foundation in imaging or visual arts (Photoshop, Substance, Blender, etc.) Technical mastery: Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, diffusion models, multimodal AI Creative + Technical DNA Sharp aesthetic judgment ? composition, tone, realism Ability to lead both engineers & artists Passion for reinventing visual workflows with AI Bonus Points Experience with ComfyUI, A1111, RunwayML, ControlNet Prior leadership in R&D or creative-tech teams Exposure to e-commerce imaging or publishing automation Company Description We partner with global publishers and brands to deliver end-to-end creative production across photography, video, color, 3D, digital publishing, and automation.
