Compensation: ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

We are a technology-driven B2B SaaS company building enterprise-grade platforms for global customers. We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect who can translate business requirements into effective AI-driven technical solutions, guide the development team, and represent the company confidently during client discussions and product demonstrations.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical understanding, solution-mapping capability, and excellent English communication skills, who can collaborate closely with developers, sales, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the internal developer team for ongoing and new projects
• Understand business and client requirements and convert them into AI-based technical solution approaches.
• Guide and coordinate the developer team on solution design and implementation.
• Review system workflows, integrations, and AI-related technical design decisions.
• Act as a bridge between business, sales, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Prepare and deliver technical demos and AI solution walkthroughs to clients and partners.
• Explain system architecture, AI capabilities, and workflows to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales discussions, solution scoping, and technical clarifications
• Review deliverables to ensure alignment with proposed AI solutions.
• Maintain documentation related to solutions, workflows, and technical decisions.

Required & Preferred Qualifications (AI & Technical)

✔ 3–7 years of experience in software project coordination or technical team management.

✔ 4–8 years of experience in AI solutions, system design, technical consulting, or software coordination roles.

✔ Strong spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and AI concepts clearly.

✔ Proven experience in delivering product demos and explaining AI or software solutions.

✔ Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, system workflows, and integrations.

✔ Basic to intermediate understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and enterprise AI use cases.

✔ Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts, including document ingestion, embeddings, and query workflows.

✔ Experience working with AI/ML APIs and integrations (REST APIs, model endpoints, third-party AI services).

✔ Exposure to LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, or similar

Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.

✔ Exposure to RAG pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.).

✔ Understanding of cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) for AI-enabled applications.

✔ Awareness of prompt design, response evaluation, and AI model limitations.

✔ Ability to guide teams and align technical execution with business goals.

✔ Structured, confident, and solution-oriented professional mindset
