Role Description The AI Python Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of AI and Python-based software projects. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, defining project scope and milestones, and managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful implementation. The AI Python Project Manager collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, translates them into technical tasks for developers and data specialists, and monitors progress through regular status updates and risk assessments. Daily responsibilities include overseeing code and model integration, ensuring quality standards, facilitating communication between technical and non-technical team members, and supporting continuous improvement of processes and tools.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Python programming, AI/ML workflows, and integration of AI solutions into web or application environments.
• Experience with project management methodologies, task planning, scheduling, and use of modern project management tools.
• Ability to collaborate with designers, developers, and data experts, with clear communication of requirements, priorities, and technical constraints.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and deployment processes.
• Proven ability to analyze business needs, translate them into technical specifications, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced or relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum) are an advantage.
• Prior experience managing AI or data-driven projects in a digital agency or tech company is highly beneficial.
