We’re building a suite of micro-tools under Roobaroo.ai to help young people grow without burning out. To do this, we need a developer who can move fast, use AI as leverage, and ship functional tools independently.

This is not a conventional developer internship. This is for someone who:

• builds fast
• iterates even faster
• knows how to use AI as a multiplier
• can work without a designer
• understands clean layouts, flows, and UX
• has built things from scratch
• thrives under pressure, deadlines, and chaos
• has that builder’s hunger to ship

You’ll be working directly with the founder and the core team to build, break, rebuild, and ship real products that reach real users.

What You’ll Do

Rapid AI Development & Prototyping

• Build micro-tools and feature prototypes using AI-first workflows.
• Use tools like Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Replit, Vercel, Figma, etc. to ship functional versions fast.
• Convert rough ideas and problem statements into usable front-end tools within days, not weeks.

Product Experimentation

• Run experiments to validate assumptions quickly.
• Use AI + code to mock, test, and improve user flows on-the-go.
• Break down complex ideas into actionable prototypes.

Design Sense & No-Designer Development

• Make independent choices about components, layouts, UI patterns, and interaction design.
• Build clean interfaces without waiting for design specs.
• Understand how to translate UX principles into fast, usable, working screens.

Building the Website

• Help build Roobaroo’s website and internal dashboards.
• Work on user flows, content delivery, component selection, and integrations.

Who We’re Looking For

• Students from strong tech/design/product backgrounds (IIT, BITS, IIIT, ISI, etc. preferred).
• Someone who has already built products, tools, or demos using AI.
• Solid with HTML/CSS/JS or any modern stack (React, Next, Node, etc.).
• Comfortable with rapid prototyping using AI tools and dev copilots.
• Able to think like a PM + Developer + Designer rolled into one.
• Strong interest in startups, psychology, wellness, or human behavior.
• A hustler who loves ambiguity, moves without handholding, and enjoys the build-break-build cycle.
• Prior exposure to: product building, working with founders or early-stage teams
