We are looking for someone who understands how to use AI tools, automation, creative systems, and operational workflows to help scale multiple fast-growing brands across music, media, lifestyle, and consumer products.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, improving workflows, experimenting with AI tools, and helping creative teams move faster and smarter.

You will work closely with the founder and core team across projects involving:

• music & festival culture
• content production
• creator campaigns
• lifestyle branding
• creative operations
• marketing systems
• internal workflow automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and improve operational workflows using AI tools

• Assist teams with automation, research, documentation, and systems

• Help organize creative and operational processes across brands

• Coordinate tasks, reporting, and project tracking

• Support content, communication, and internal execution systems

• Research and test new AI tools for productivity, marketing, and operations

• Help improve team efficiency and execution speed

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Canva AI, etc.

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments

• Basic understanding of content, branding, marketing, or operations

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt across multiple projects
