Job Description :

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI applications for enterprise use cases.
• Build and optimize applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Claude, or Gemini.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
• Create AI pipelines using Python and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor machine learning and foundation models.
• Build REST APIs and integrate AI models into enterprise applications.
• Develop scalable microservices using FastAPI or Flask.
• Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, and guardrails.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and data engineers.
• Follow MLOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python development.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and NLP.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience with:
• Python
• LangChain
• LlamaIndex
• Hugging Face Transformers
• OpenAI APIs or Azure OpenAI
• Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or Milvus)
• FastAPI or Flask
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of RAG architecture and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of cloud services (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP also valuable).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Exposure to MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Azure ML.
• Experience with monitoring and evaluation tools for LLMs.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
