AI Marketing Specialist (Digital Marketing + AI)

We are looking for a performance-driven AI Marketing Specialist who can blend core digital marketing skills with AI-powered execution. This role goes beyond traditional marketing—you will leverage AI tools to scale campaigns, automate workflows, and drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities

AI-Driven Marketing Execution

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, automation platforms) to create, optimize, and scale marketing campaigns
• Build AI-assisted workflows for content creation, lead nurturing, and campaign optimization
• Experiment with AI tools to improve productivity, personalization, and campaign ROI

Digital Marketing & Growth

• Plan and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, and email marketing
• Manage SEO basics including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
• Drive lead generation campaigns and optimize funnels for conversions

Content & Social Media (Digital Marketing Specialist + AI)

• Create high-performing content using AI tools for:
• Social media 
• Email campaigns
• Landing pages
• Manage and grow social media presence with data-backed strategies
• Use AI for content ideation, copywriting, and creative testing

Analytics & Optimization

• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytic etc.
• Run A/B tests on ads, emails, and landing pages
• Use data insights to improve CAC, conversion rates, and engagement 

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing / performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with email marketing, and social media
• Strong understanding of AI tools for marketing (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, CRM tools)
• Ability to combine creativity with data-driven decision-making
