About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models with a strong understanding of predictive analytics and modern AI frameworks. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI initiatives, including LLM/SLM applications, within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and deploy scalable ML models using Python and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch . Leverage the Azure AI/ML ecosystem for data processing, experimentation, and model deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions. Contribute to MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of models. Research and experiment with Large/Small Language Models (LLMs/SLMs) to explore their business applications. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards. Required Qualifications: 3?7 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles. Strong foundation in predictive analytics and statistical modeling . Advanced proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with Azure AI/ML ecosystem. Familiarity with Databricks or ability to learn quickly. Understanding of LLMs/SLMs concepts and their potential applications. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, multicultural environment . Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry. Exposure to MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model governance, monitoring).
