AI Implementation Strategist
Core Bridge
Job Description
Company Description CoreBridge is a GCC enablement consortium that supports global enterprises in establishing and scaling Global Capability Centers in India. The organization operates as a single coordination platform, bringing together specialist partners across market entry, legal and regulatory setup, real estate, workforce enablement, and ongoing operations. CoreBridge works with global enterprises, Indian state governments, investment promotion agencies, and a curated network of domain specialists to create a seamless GCC ecosystem. Rather than replacing specialist providers, CoreBridge orchestrates them to ensure enterprises experience India as a coherent, execution-ready environment. The platform remains vendor-neutral and enterprise-aligned throughout the GCC lifecycle, from initial evaluation to steady-state operations and expansion.
Role Description The AI Implementation Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. This position focuses on designing and executing AI-driven solutions that support CoreBridge’s GCC enablement services, including market evaluation, policy analysis, and workforce planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing enterprise requirements, identifying AI use cases across the GCC lifecycle, and developing implementation roadmaps in collaboration with internal teams and external specialist partners. The role involves translating complex business and policy contexts into data and AI strategies, coordinating with technology vendors, and ensuring solutions are aligned with regulatory and operational realities on the ground. The strategist will also monitor performance, refine AI initiatives based on feedback and evolving client needs, and contribute to thought leadership on AI in GCC operations.
