AI Graphic Designer

F5 Global Talent is hiring an AI Graphic Designer with a strong eye for composition, typography, color, and visual polish. This role is for someone who can use generative AI to move faster, explore stronger concepts, and then refine every output in Photoshop and Illustrator until it looks professional and production-ready.

You will create marketing visuals, e-commerce graphics, branding assets, lifestyle images, banners, infographics, and product-focused designs while combining real design skill with smart AI-assisted workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Take creative concepts from brief to finished, production-quality artwork
• Use generative AI tools to develop visual ideas, image concepts, and creative directions
• Refine and enhance AI-generated images in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Create polished marketing assets, including product graphics, banners, infographics, lifestyle visuals, and branding materials
• Produce graphics for e-commerce, social media, advertising, and digital campaigns
• Create multiple design concepts and iterate quickly based on feedback
• Clean up visual details, improve composition, adjust typography, and prepare final files for use
• Maintain a high standard of quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all design work

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on Adobe Photoshop skills
• Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
• Real experience using AI tools as part of a professional design workflow
• Ability to refine AI-generated work to professional, client-ready standards
• Strong design taste, including composition, layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Attention to detail and the ability to spot what makes an image feel polished or unfinished
• Ability to work quickly, create multiple options, and respond well to feedback
• Availability to work full U.S. business hours from India or the Philippines

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio of AI-refined design work is required. We want to see examples where you used AI as part of the creative process, then improved and finalized the work with real design skill.

Important Note

This is not a prompt-only role. We are looking for a real graphic designer who uses AI as a tool, then applies strong design judgment, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills to create polished, production-ready work.
