About the Role

We are looking for a fast, AI-first developer who can build internal tools, CRM modules, automation workflows, dashboards, landing pages, and integrations at high speed.

This role is for someone who can use AI tools to complete work much faster than a traditional developer. If you cannot complete 4 days of work in 1 day by using AI, then you are not a fit for us.

We need someone who can understand business requirements quickly, convert them into working products, and improve systems continuously.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve CRM features, dashboards, landing pages, and internal tools.
• Work on frontend and backend development tasks.
• Create automation workflows for sales, operations, customer follow-up, payments, and session scheduling.
• Integrate third-party APIs such as WhatsApp, Google Calendar, payment gateways, CRMs, and AI tools.
• Use AI coding tools to speed up development and reduce manual effort.
• Debug, test, and improve existing code.
• Convert business requirements into working features without needing detailed step-by-step instructions.
• Build simple, clean, and practical solutions that can be used by the team immediately.
• Complete assigned tasks quickly and maintain high execution speed.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in software development.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with frontend development.
• Basic to intermediate backend/API knowledge.
• Ability to work with databases and backend logic.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
• Ability to understand business workflows and convert them into technical solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM development.
• Experience with automation tools.
• Experience with WhatsApp API / Meta API.
• Experience with Google Calendar integration.
• Experience with payment gateway integration.
• Experience with AI agents, chatbots, or workflow automation.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of React, Vue.js, Node.js, Firebase, Supabase, or similar tools is a plus.

What We Expect

We do not want a slow developer who waits for every small instruction.

We want someone who can take ownership, understand the requirement, use AI tools, and deliver fast.

You should be able to work independently, ask the right questions when needed, and complete tasks with speed and quality.

Performance Expectation

You should be able to complete tasks at least 3–4x faster by using AI tools.

Extra bonus will be given if you complete 40+ assigned tasks with good quality.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has 2–3 years of development experience.
• Uses AI tools daily.
• Can build fast MVPs.
• Can handle both frontend and backend tasks.
• Can understand startup speed.
• Can take a requirement and turn it into a working solution.
• Is comfortable with quick iterations and frequent changes.

Final Note

This is a high-speed execution role. If you are someone who can use AI to complete 4 days of work in 1 day, this role is for you. If you prefer slow development cycles, this may not be the right fit.
