Job Title AI First Full Stack Tech Lead Job Description Job title: AI First Full Stack Tech Lead Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of agentic AI systems capable of executing autonomous actions across CRM platforms. Build and integrate AI/ML and LLM-based models into enterprise applications, leveraging frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and LangChain. Architect and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tools to support AI-driven workflows. Design AI-driven development and testing frameworks to accelerate innovation. Collaborate with CRM teams (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to align AI solutions with existing CPQ/CLM processes (contract lifecycle, framework contract management, quoting). Implement microservices and APIs for seamless integration with enterprise applications. Drive MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security, authentication, and data validation standards. Mentor developers and contribute to building a strong AI capability foundation within Philips. Core Skills: React.js, PostgreSQL, java spring boot, Python and Microservices / API integration, CI/CD AI Skills: Ai driven Development and testing Designing agentic workflows and AI-driven automation Utilizing and integrating LLM?s, MCP, and tools into applications Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain) Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings for search/recommendations Experience: 10+ years in the above technologies Proven hands-on experience delivering projects with these tech stacks Strong AI skills (e.g., ML model integration, agentic workflows, LLM-based solutions) About Philips We are a health technology company.
