Responsibilities
About the Team:
The PGC (Professionally Generated Content) team at TikTok is dedicated to driving the growth and evolution of a professional, high-quality content ecosystem. We are dedicated to creating a global platform that fosters knowledge/education ecosystem, learner engagement, and a vibrant educational community. Responsibilities
- Conduct exploration of the production workflows for AI-based English short dramas under different cost conditions, ensuring efficient output within a wide range of cost budgets.
- Skillfully deploy multi-modal AI tools (text/image/voice/video models) to set up automated Agent workflows. This helps to lower the production threshold of AI short dramas, improve production efficiency, and optimize the workflows.
- For various workflow plans, comprehensively assess all relevant costs, provide accurate cost-benefit analysis reports for projects, and ensure the allocation and maximum utilization of resources.
- Continuously keep an eye on cutting-edge industry trends and actively propose more advanced technical paradigms and work processes

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Have a profound understanding of AIGC-related technologies, possess an open-minded innovative awareness and a proactive experimental spirit, and be willing to experiment with new technologies and methods.​
- Be familiar with English short dramas, and be proficient in using English as the working language.​

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Majors in computer science, artificial intelligence, digital media, etc. are preferred.
- Demonstrate good communication and collaboration skills, and be able to work closely with cross-departmental teams.

Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103360 - $273600 annually.​
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).​
