About the Role

We’re looking for a strong backend engineer who can design and build secure, scalable Python systems powering AI-native applications. You’ll work on production-grade AI platforms, backend services, and intelligent workflows involving LLM integrations and RAG pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure backend systems using Python (Django/Flask)
• Build and maintain REST APIs and real-time systems using WebSockets
• Architect AI-powered platforms and backend services
• Implement cloud-native solutions on AWS/GCP
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, data, product)
• Mentor junior developers and drive technical decisions
