We?re looking for a driven and curious AI Engineering Intern to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions across our product portfolio. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on real-world challenges using machine learning, computer vision, predictive modeling, and data engineering. What You?ll Do Build Data Lake: ingestion pipelines to Data Lake, drive Master Data Management, participate in Silver Layer Data Develop AI Models: Assist in building, training, and testing machine learning models for use in areas such as asset tracking, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance. Work with Real-World Data: Clean, process, and analyze large datasets from IoT devices to extract meaningful insights. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI features into ORBCOMM platforms. Experiment & Innovate: Prototype solutions using a variety of AI/ML techniques and evaluate performance with structured testing. Abstraction & Anonymization algorithms development Contribute to Deployment: Help prepare models for deployment in production environments, considering performance, scalability, and reliability. Who You Are You?re an organized and curious team player, ready to learn and support a fast-paced Engineering team. If you have: Post-secondary education in progress in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical field. Familiarity with Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Understanding of basic ML concepts such as regression, classification, and model evaluation. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Interest in applying AI to real-world business problems across multiple industries. Exposure to Azure Data Fabric, API Gateways, PowerBI App building would be preferable. Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to support daily tasks and productivity.
