This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 8-15 LPA) Min Experience: 6 years Location: NOIDA, Bengaluru, NCR, Delhi, Gurugram JobType: full-time We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI (Gen AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our innovative AI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML development, hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras, and a proven ability to design, implement, and deploy AI-driven solutions. This role requires working on cutting-edge AI applications, integrating state-of-the-art models, and driving AI initiatives across multiple business domains. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and ML models, with a strong focus on Generative AI and LLM applications. Build and fine-tune state-of-the-art models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras. Implement LLM pipelines leveraging Hugging Face libraries and tools, ensuring high performance and scalability. Develop and maintain AI-driven solutions using Python, ensuring clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Work with Langchain, Langgraph, and other AI orchestration frameworks to create intelligent workflows and automated solutions. Deploy AI models and applications in containerized environments using Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software engineers, and product managers to translate AI research into production-grade solutions. Conduct performance evaluation, benchmarking, and optimization of AI models for various tasks such as text generation, summarization, question-answering, and recommendation systems. Stay updated with the latest AI research, trends, and best practices, proactively suggesting improvements and new approaches to enhance AI capabilities. Mentor junior AI engineers and share knowledge of emerging AI technologies and tools within the team. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. 6-9 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs. Strong proficiency in Python programming and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras. Hands-on experience with Hugging Face transformers, Langchain, and Langgraph. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques. Experience in building and deploying AI models in production using Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with model evaluation, fine-tuning, and optimization techniques for large-scale AI systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
