You will lead the transformation of a successful SaaS product into an AI-native platform, building autonomous market arbitrage systems and hardware-free energy intelligence to help multi-site operators drastically reduce waste and costs.

What You Will Do

• Develop agentic systems for autonomous market arbitrage that monitor energy markets 24/7 to execute optimal contract renewals.
• Engineer Zero-Hardware Intelligence using NILM to disaggregate electrical loads and identify specific appliance energy usage without sub-meters.
• Build automated anomaly detection and leak waste systems that benchmark sites and trigger proactive work orders for operators.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• Has 3-6 years of experience in software engineering, data, or product management within high-growth tech companies or scale-ups.
• Possesses hands-on experience shipping production code involving LLMs or Machine Learning models in customer-facing environments.
• Demonstrates a "forward-deployed" mindset with the ability to scope, build, and iterate on complex technical solutions directly with users.
