Position Overview"

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building AI Assistants, AI Agents, automation workflows, and Generative AI applications using modern cloud platforms and Microsoft AI technologies.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions that improve business processes, automate workflows, and deliver intelligent user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise AI Assistants and AI Agents using Generative AI technologies.
• Build multi-agent workflows and intelligent automation solutions using Agentic AI principles.
• Develop scalable microservices and backend APIs using Python.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, prompt engineering, and LLM-based applications.
• Build AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AI Services.
• Optimize AI model performance, inference latency, GPU/CPU utilization, memory usage, and overall system efficiency.
• Develop and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and debugging processes to ensure application quality and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have

• Minimum 4+ years of experience developing AI/ML or Generative AI applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Experience designing AI Assistants, AI Agents, and automation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience developing REST APIs and cloud-native microservices.
• Familiarity with AI deployment, monitoring, observability, LLMOps, or AgentOps practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Power Automate.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams integrations.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with enterprise AI governance and security standards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to Salesforce, Service Cloud, CPQ, Salesloft, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native deployment practices.
