Role Description

We are seeking 3+yrs AI Engineer with expertise in developing intelligent systems for chatbot development, predictive analytics, safety automation, and CCTV/video analytics. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve safety protocols, and deliver actionable insights from visual data.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development: Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for various applications (e.g., Natural Language Processing, computer vision, recommendation systems).

Data Handling: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure high-quality input for AI models.

Deployment & Integration: Implement AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and apply cutting-edge techniques to solve business problems.

Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into products.

Monitoring & Maintenance: Continuously monitor deployed models, retrain when necessary, and improve accuracy and efficiency.

Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation for models, pipelines, and processes. Required

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch etc.).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) .

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and data structures.

Familiarity with Natural Language Processing, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or other AI domains.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience with large language models, Image Processing and generative AI.

Knowledge of distributed computing and big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).

Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.

Prior experience in deploying AI solutions at scale in production.
