Job Role: AI Engineer Location: Pune & Gurgaon (Hybrid) Job Type: Contract (Full-time) We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI systems . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy robust AI/ML models for prediction, classification, recommendation, and optimization. Build and maintain high-performance REST APIs for AI models using FastAPI or Flask . Develop asynchronous, scalable APIs suitable for real-world production use. Apply Generative AI techniques ?LLMs, transformers, diffusion models?to deliver high-impact solutions. Architect and orchestrate Agentic AI systems enabling autonomous reasoning and decision-making. Fine-tune, optimize, and customize Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications. Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows through close collaboration with product and engineering teams. Ensure secure, scalable deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications 4?6 years of proven experience in AI/ML engineering. Strong proficiency in Python and scientific libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn). Expertise with PyTorch or TensorFlow for model development. Deep understanding of Generative AI and modern LLM architectures (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.). Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGPT, or CrewAI. Strong background in NLP, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus). Experience building and securing REST APIs using FastAPI/Flask. Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure). Preferred Qualifications Experience with prompt engineering , RAG pipelines, and advanced LLM fine-tuning. Track record of research, prototyping, or productionizing innovative AI systems. Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and technical documentation.
