Pune OR Delhi Job Summary :Join our customer's dynamic team as an AI Engineer and drive innovation at the intersection of artificial intelligence and business impact. We are seeking two experienced professionals passionate about leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI to build scalable, intelligent systems. Key Responsibilitie s:Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models, with a focus on Generative and Agentic AI application s.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, intelligent solution s.Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms for natural language processing, computer vision, and autonomous agent s.Optimize AI models for scalability, performance, and real-world deploymen t.Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve existing AI systems to enhance accuracy and efficienc y.Document technical designs and communicate progress to stakeholders with exceptional clarit y.Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentor junior engineers within the customer?s tea m. Required Skills and Qualificatio ns:Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fie ld.4?6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, with proven expertise in Generative and Agentic AI syste ms.Proficient in Python and key ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc .).Strong foundation in deep learning, data modeling, and algorithm desi gn.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concep ts.Experience integrating AI models into production environments and optimizing for scalabili ty.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in hybrid team settings, collaborating across geographi es. Preferred Qualificati ons:Prior experience in building multi-agent systems or autonomous AI workfl ows.Publications or demonstrated thought leadership in Generative or Agentic AI doma ins.Experience mentoring or leading AI/ML teams within a collaborative, fast-paced environm ent.
