AI Engineer

Our AI Engineering Platform team builds scalable artificial intelligence solutions using modern cloud technologies. We work closely with engineers and data scientists to create tools and platforms that support the development, deployment and monitoring of artificial intelligence solutions across our organisation.

What role will you play?

In this role you will own the full software development lifecycle of artificial intelligence solutions within an Agile DevOps environment. You will work alongside engineers and data scientists to deliver innovative products, improve model deployment and monitoring, and explore emerging technologies, including Generative AI. You will have the opportunity to help shape scalable artificial intelligence capabilities that support our digital banking business.

What You Offer

• 5+ years’ of experience in software engineering using Java, Go or Python across the full software development lifecycle in an Agile DevOps environment
• Experience implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning best practices, including continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines and model monitoring
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, machine learning services, SQL and Python development environments
• Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence frameworks and tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, TensorFlow, PyTorch and Hugging Face
• Knowledge of architectural patterns, cloud-native solutions on AWS and Azure, microservices, solution integration and containerisation technology.
