What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales Engineers and Account Executives to understand customer requirements and design AI-powered solutions.
• Configure AI agents, workflows, and autonomous AI capabilities within the Leena AI platform.
• Build customer-specific Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical demos.
• Integrate enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Oracle, Microsoft 365, Slack, and other third-party applications using APIs.
• Develop lightweight extensions, prompts, and automation using Python and/or TypeScript.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions by connecting AI agents with customer knowledge sources.
• Troubleshoot, iterate, and optimize solutions based on customer feedback.
• Deliver engaging technical demonstrations and solution walkthroughs to both technical and business audiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to convert customer learnings into scalable product capabilities.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or another customer-facing technical role, preferably within B2B SaaS.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Tool Calling, and AI workflows.
• Experience integrating systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Good understanding of SQL, data modelling, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to work overlapping hours with our US-based Sales Engineering team.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Solutions/Sales Engineer.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Oracle, Microsoft 365, ADP, or Slack.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, A2A, or similar AI frameworks.
• Understanding of enterprise security concepts such as SSO, data privacy, and PII handling.
• Experience working in customer-facing implementation or professional services environments.
