About us

GridConnect Technologies is a Valantor company building AI-native products for [one line

on your domain / product focus — e.g. “intelligent claims and fraud automation,” “energy

grid intelligence,” etc.]. We’re not bolting AI onto an existing playbook — we’re rebuilding

how software gets designed and shipped from the ground up. If you’ve been quietly

reorganizing the way you work around AI agents and want a place where that’s the default,

not the exception, read on.

The role

AI hasn’t just changed our tools — it’s changed what we need from engineering. We’re

looking for an AI Engineer who thinks in AI-first workflows: someone who plans, loops,

orchestrates agents, and treats multi-agent code review as a core part of the build process

rather than an afterthought.

This is deliberately not a “we use Copilot” role. We want engineers who have genuinely re-

architected how they build around AI — and who can take a project from ambiguous idea to

shipped reality largely on their own.

What you’ll do

• Design and architect systems end-to-end, from algorithms to production
• Build and run AI-first engineering workflows — planning, looping, agent orchestration,

and automated multi-agent code review

• Turn loosely-defined problems into clear specifications and drive them to completion

with minimal oversight

• Raise the bar for how the whole team leverages AI in the development lifecycle

What we’re looking for (must-haves)

• Hands-on experience with AI-first coding processes — looping, planning, multi-

agent orchestration, and multi-agent code review. This goes well beyond using Claude,

Cursor, or Copilot as autocomplete; we want people who have fundamentally changed

how they build around AI agents.

• Excellent written English. Clear writing is now central to the craft — precise prompting

and specification depend on it.

• Strong system design skills — architecting systems and writing sound algorithms from

first principles.

• A demonstrated ability to independently drive projects to completion with minimal

oversight. This is the trait we weight most heavily.

Nice to have

Experience managing or leading engineers. Orchestrating AI agents isn’t all that

different — and that instinct transfers.
