Role Description

As an AI Full-Stack Developer at PashX D, you will work across frontend, backend, APIs, AI integrations, and scalable multi-tenant architectures. You will help develop intelligent business systems focused on CRM, workflow automation, analytics, AI-powered insights, procurement operations, and enterprise productivity tools.

You will collaborate closely with product, strategy, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions for modern businesses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with React.js and modern JavaScript
• 2+ years of experience with Python and FastAPI or Flask
• Strong experience with RESTful API architecture
• Experience with MongoDB or NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of authentication systems and JWT
• Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience building scalable SaaS platforms
• Understanding of modern frontend architecture and state management
• Familiarity with Git version control workflows

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable frontend applications using React 18
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend systems using Python and FastAPI
• Implement AI-powered CRM and workflow automation features
• Develop multi-tenant SaaS architecture and workspace systems
• Optimise MongoDB queries and backend performance
• Integrate authentication and authorisation systems using JWT
• Build dashboards, analytics systems, and activity tracking features
• Integrate external APIs, email systems, and AI services
• Debug production issues and improve platform stability
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and secure code
• Collaborate with design and product teams on feature implementation
• Contribute to DevOps and deployment workflows
