Job Description
What You'll Do
- Design and build conversational flows for chat and voice agents that feel natural, not scripted
- Improve voice quality and naturalness of AI voice agents (TTS tuning, SSML, pronunciation handling for mixed-language conversations)
- Build and refine intent detection, lead scoring signals, and conversation intelligence features
- Integrate LLMs with external tools and systems (CRM, ticketing, calendar, ecommerce platforms) via agentic tool-calling
- Continuously test, evaluate, and improve agent responses using real conversation data
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship features from prototype to production
- Own quality and reliability of AI outputs — reducing hallucination, improving accuracy, and handling edge cases gracefully
- 2–6 years of experience building AI/ML or LLM-based applications, with specific hands-on exposure to conversational AI and/or voice AI systems
- Strong Python skills and comfort working directly with LLM APIs
- A builder's mindset — comfortable moving from research/prototyping to production-ready systems
- Experience debugging and improving live conversational systems (not just building demos)
- Bonus: has previously worked on a chatbot, voice bot, or AI customer-facing agent product
