Role Overview

We are looking for AI Engineers with hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI solution development to build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready AI systems. The role involves designing and implementing AI-driven use cases across enterprise workflows, with optional exposure to BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) domain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases
  • Build intelligent applications such as: o Document & Knowledge Management (KM) Intelligence bots o Text summarization and automated form-filling systems o Multi-modal search and data extraction solutions o Conversational AI systems and chatbots o Workflow automation using AI agents o Agent orchestration (e.g., master-slave / multi-agent systems)
  • Implement end-to-end pipelines including: o Data ingestion, pre processing, and embedding generation o Prompt engineering and optimization o Model integration and evaluation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data, engineering) to deliver AI-driven solutions
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and governance of AI systems
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Gen AI and Agentic AI ecosystems


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience in: o Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures) Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration patterns
  • Experience building real-world AI use cases (at least 1–2 production implementations preferred)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
  • Familiarity with: o NLP, embeddings, vector databases o API integrations and microservices architecture
  • Understanding of: o AI model lifecycle (training, fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment) o Data pipelines and unstructured data processing
