We are looking for a skilled and passionate AI Engineer / Backend Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between robust backend engineering and cutting-edge Generative AI. You will be responsible for designing scalable web applications and building sophisticated, production-ready AI systems—ranging from advanced RAG pipelines to autonomous agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Scale: Design, build, and maintain high-performance web applications and APIs using Django and FastAPI.
• Architect AI Solutions: Implement advanced LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and explore cutting-edge paradigms like Vectorless RAG.
• Build Autonomous Agents: Design and deploy complex, multi-agent workflows using Langchain and Langgraph.
• Optimize Models: Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to align with specific domain requirements and performance metrics.
• Own Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable code. End-to-end test your own implementations, create comprehensive test cases, and ensure robust test coverage.
• Execute Flexibly: Act as a strong individual contributor who can own features independently, while seamlessly collaborating with the larger engineering team.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in backend development and AI engineering.
• Backend Mastery: Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in Django and FastAPI.
• Generative AI Expertise: Proven experience working with LLMs, Langchain, and Langgraph.
• Advanced RAG: Deep understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation, including standard RAG frameworks and emerging concepts like Vectorless RAG.
• Model Fine-tuning: Practical knowledge of training and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Testing Mindset: A strong commitment to code quality, with hands-on experience writing unit tests and designing thorough test cases.
