Role Description This is a full-time on-site position based in Vadodara for an AI Engineer to contribute to the Agentic AI Platform for Audio Content. The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced AI models, developing algorithms for natural language processing, and applying machine learning techniques for pattern recognition and neural networks. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to build and refine software solutions that enhance the platform's capabilities in handling audio content. Regular analysis and optimization of AI systems to ensure efficiency and scalability are also key aspects of this role. ?? Key Responsibilities Build intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows Implement STT/TTS , voice cloning, emotional speech Fine-tune LLMs for summarization & narrative tasks Develop real-time audio processing pipelines Create conversational & interactive audio experiences Build scalable Django/PostgreSQL backends & APIs Design context engines and adaptive narration systems ?? Technical Expertise 3?5 years of experience (2+ in STT/TTS, LLMs, or agent frameworks) Strong in LangChain/LangGraph , Python, Django, PostgreSQL Expertise in Whisper, Google STT, ElevenLabs, Azure Speech Experience with librosa, pydub, ffmpeg Knowledge of vector DBs, embeddings, audio streaming, WebRTC ? Nice to Have Experience with audio platforms, podcast tech Voice UI/UX, multi-language speech, prosody Real-time low-latency systems, speaker ID
