We are expanding our AI innovation team to scale and enhance AI-powered product offerings already deployed with large financial institutions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced domain experts to build cutting-edge, enterprise-grade AI applications for the banking and financial services industry.

As an AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-driven solutions, with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent agents, and modern AI frameworks.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered enterprise applications using modern AI stacks
Fine-tune, customize, and productionize Large Language Models (LLMs) for real-world BFSI use cases
Build intelligent AI agent systems and multi-step reasoning workflows
Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for accurate and context-aware AI responses
Create and manage smart workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and similar tools
Collaborate with backend and platform teams to integrate AI services using FastAPI, Node.js, and related technologies
Optimize model inference, latency, and cost for scalable enterprise deployments

Preferred Candidate Profile

Hands-on experience building AI agent-based and LLM-powered applications
Strong experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG-based architectures
Proficiency in Python with experience in backend integration (FastAPI, Node.js)
Solid understanding of LLM fine-tuning, deployment, and inference optimization techniques
Experience building production-grade AI systems for enterprise environments (BFSI experience is a plus)
