Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and top-notch performance across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy responsive and user-friendly web applications.
• Create and maintain server-side and database components to enhance application performance.
• Implement front-end designs using modern web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop and integrate APIs to enable efficient data communication between different parts of the application.
• Perform code reviews, identify issues, and suggest improvements to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and debug software defects to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and task estimation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks (Next, React JS)
• Solid understanding of back-end development using languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
• Experience with database management systems (SQL and/or NoSQL) and writing efficient queries.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing previous projects and contributions is highly desirable.
