AI Delivery Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for AI Delivery Managers who can own end-to-end delivery of AI and digital transformation initiatives while acting as a strong interface between clients and technical teams.

This role requires a balance of project/program management, client engagement, and hands-on understanding of AI systems and cloud technologies. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions, including emerging areas such as Generative AI and Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI and technology-driven projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and outcomes are met
• Act as the primary client interface, driving requirement discussions, solution alignment, and status communication
• Translate business problems into AI-driven solution approaches in collaboration with engineering teams
• Manage cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, data engineers, and analysts
• Drive project planning, sprint execution, and delivery governance
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges proactively
• Oversee development of AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, automation workflows, and data-driven systems
• Ensure solutions are scalable, production-ready, and aligned with enterprise standards
• Contribute to solutioning, proposals, and capability-building initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–10 years of experience in technology delivery, project/program management, or consulting roles
• Strong experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Generative AI / LLM-based applications
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
• Good understanding of APIs, system architecture, and modern application design
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams on solution design and implementation discussions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Agentic AI or multi-agent systems
• Background in consulting / Big4 / GSI environments
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or Azure/AWS Cloud certifications
• Experience in enterprise transformation programs
