Python Developer (AI Chatbot) Position Title: Python Chatbot Developer Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (including at least 1 year in Generative AI / LLMs) Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Python Chatbot Developer with strong expertise in backend development and hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLM-based solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced chatbot systems, integrating them with enterprise applications, and ensuring their scalability and performance in production environments. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain chatbot solutions using Python and Generative AI / LLMs. Build and expose REST APIs using FastAPI for chatbot and system integration. Design, configure, and optimize data storage solutions using PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Implement messaging and event-driven workflows with Kafka and AWS SQS. Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS (EC2, SQS, and related services). Optimize chatbot performance, including latency, response accuracy, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature development, testing, and release management. Apply best practices in security, compliance, and data privacy for conversational AI applications. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for chatbot projects. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Python development. Minimum 1 year of experience working with Generative AI / LLM models (fine-tuning, integration, or custom deployments). Strong knowledge of FastAPI for backend development. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Proficiency in deploying and managing workloads on AWS (EC2, SQS, etc.). Experience working with Kafka for distributed messaging and event streaming. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Familiarity with software development best practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines. Good to Have Experience with Voicebots or speech-enabled chatbot solutions (speech-to-text, text-to-speech). Exposure to vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate). Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience in chatbot monitoring, analytics, and performance dashboards.
