🚀 We’re Hiring: AI Backend Engineer (3–5 Years Experience)

Are you passionate about building real-world AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs)? We are looking for an AI Backend Engineer who can design scalable AI systems, integrate LLMs into production environments, and build intelligent workflows.

As an AI Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for building and integrating LLM-powered systems into backend services and APIs. You will work on RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and AI infrastructure to deliver reliable and high-performance AI features.

• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into backend applications and APIs
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embeddings
• Design and implement agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph
• Work with AI platforms like Google Vertex AI and models such as Gemini
• Optimize performance, latency, and reliability of AI-powered services
• Debug complex issues across application logic, APIs, and AI integrations

• Strong experience integrating LLMs into production applications
• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector-based retrieval systems
• Experience building AI workflows using LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks
• Experience working with Vertex AI, Gemini, or similar AI platforms
• Strong backend programming skills (Python, FastAPI preferred)
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and high-performance code
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Experience building AI-powered APIs or microservices
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, embeddings, and AI evaluation
